Mobile Experience Transformation for Med Device Field Sales
We leveraged our 9 pillar Mobile Assessment framework to assess current mobile app and arrived at detailed set of findings and recommendations to improve app experience and technical architecture. We worked with app users and did in-depth research to arrive at UX pain points and recommendations for improvements. We also analyzed app technical architecture to arrive at improvements required on architecture

Partnering with the customer team, we designed and developed a streamlined solution for data exchange between different systems. We setup customer Golder record on Salesforce for CRM Enablement. We setup Integrations between Datawarehouse on Azure and other systems to ensure that data steward process is implemented, and Sales force can be leveraged effectively
